    Attorney Joshua D. Shudlick is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Josh graduated from Tomah High School in 2005. Josh received two bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2009. Josh received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2012.

Shudlick is a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran (1969-1971), and has 44 years of legal experience in Monroe County and surrounding areas.  Attorney David Shudlick was Monroe County District Attorney from 1979-1989 and Monroe County Corporation Council from 1989-1993.  Dave Shudlick is enjoying his retirement in South Florida.
